Cabin Listing and STR Signature galleries are delivered the next business day, so a new listing can go live without losing momentum. Larger Cabin / Launch shoots are scoped around the property before booking.
Listing Refresh includes 15 essential images, Cabin Listing includes up to 30, STR Signature includes up to 45, and Large Cabin / Launch starts at 60+. Before the shoot, we choose the coverage that fits the property and how you plan to market it.
Think clean, open, and guest-ready: turn on the lights, clear counters and nightstands, hide cords and trash bins, straighten bedding, and stage outdoor spaces. I send a simple prep checklist when we confirm your date.
No. Most hosts provide a door code or arrange access with their cleaner or property manager. As long as the cabin is ready and access is clear, I can handle the shoot independently and text you when I am finished.
Interior work can usually continue. If rain, fog, or strong wind would make the exterior look less inviting, we will reschedule that portion instead of forcing images that do not help the listing.

Yes. Every shoot includes usage rights for your own marketing: Airbnb, VRBO, MLS, your direct-booking site, social media, paid ads, email, and print.
Text the property address, preferred date, and listing link if one exists. We confirm the package and add-ons up front; a 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due on delivery.
